We understand the profound influence whānau holds in the lives of their tamaiti, and it’s important to us that you feel included and supported throughout your child’s early learning journey. Our passionate and caring team collaborates to support the aspirations and vision of whānau, creating an atmosphere of aroha, kindness, trust and respect. Here, your tamariki will feel heard, valued and supported.

Our trained kaiako are dedicated to enhancing the learning and development of your tamariki – we’ll make sure they get off to a flying start! We know that every individual is different. At Little Parrots, we embrace and celebrate differences and equip each tamaiti with the skills and tools they need to learn, their way.
We have meticulously crafted our programme, drawing inspiration from Te Whāriki, Aotearoa’s early learning curriculum. We shape learning experiences to suit the individual interests, strengths, and culture of each tamaiti. Through play-based learning, intentional teaching, and meaningful interactions, we aim to build a foundation of confidence and competency, nurturing lifelong learners.
We recommend you pop in and visit our childcare centre in Mount Maunganui, have a cuppa, and get a feel for who we are and what we do. You’re welcome to bring your tamariki and any siblings when you come and visit.
